The main objective of the Green School and Camp is to raise the awareness and knowledge of the students from primary education in the cross-border area of Bulgaria and Macedonia on proper and efficient waste management. What is more, the event is aimed at ensuring direct participation of the students into the project activities.

During the Green School, students will learn and discuss waste management, environmental protection and how to achieve better quality of life through various methods such as presentations, educative movies, creative activities and activities in nature. In addition, as part of the Green School and Camp, an interactive Energy Independent House Model will be demonstrated.

The Green School and Camp is a wonderful opportunity for students to learn, rediscover and confirm abilities and talents, develop skills, collective work, entertain and create new friendships all in one, in a different environment from the classroom. Thus, classroom is replaced by nature.
